1968, the first professional karate tournament in America was
held in the main ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria in New York
City. Among the fighters that day were Chuck Norris, Louis
Delgado, Skipper Mullins, Mike Stone, Joe Louis, and Victor
Moore.
